Art Genre: Water Color Painting

I have been drawing or painting for as long as I can remember, but painting with watercolor has become my favorite method. It can be a fickle and frustrating medium to work with that provides just enough rewards to keep you trying new approaches. I'm most inspired by subjects including Southern Utah landscapes and Rocky Mountain vistas. There is no end to the unique and beautiful scenery that can be observed in this area that we call home.
Being juried into many Utah Watercolor Society Exhibitions and earning Signature status in UWS have been my rewards.
I have a BFA from the U of U in Graphic Design.
