Art Genre: Water Color Painting

Julie Tullis has a Bachelors Degree in Teaching from Brigham Young University with a minor in Art. She took watercolor classes from Harold Petersen for 10 years. She taught art in elementary school programs. Currently, she teaches private watercolor classes in her home and also volunteers at the Draper Senior Citizen Center as a watercolor instructor--which she loves!
