Danice has been an artist for over 50 years, but not professionally, She and her husband Mark started a small company in 2015 to supplement their retirement income (and to keep from going bonkers) hand crafting their own products sold mainly at farmer’s markets. But her true love of painting resurfaced in 2020 due to Covid. Being locked down with no markets to sell at, and climbing the walls, she reverted back to the artist she really was, and started creating again. When allowed back into the farmer’s market, she introduced her abstract acrylic art with resounding success. Never considering herself to be a sought-after artist, she was astounded at the reaction to her art. Still not believing her creative abilities were marketable, she succumbed to pressure from her husband and others who believed in her, to market her artistic abilities. Her prices are low because she firmly believes the everyone should be able to afford an original piece of art to brighten their lives.
